I was moving hay yesterday and i lowered the bale to the gound and shut off the tractor 10 mins. later i started it up and the lift would not go up or down nor did it make any noise. I drain the fluid and cleaned the screen but no improvement also the lift lever will not remain in the up position i am wondering if it could be the valve any help would would be much appreciated
