Here's the original question: I've got a Yanmar YM3110. While bush hogging the other day the tractor quit moving and the hydraulics holding the cutting deck lowered the deck. I checked the fluids and all seemed to be okay. After about 30 minutes I cranked the tractor back up, I was able to raise and lower the bush hog and the tractor moved again. After about 15 minutes of bush hogging everything stopped working again. The motor was still running but it would not move nor could I raise and lower the bush hog. Any ideas??????
Al advised me to change the spin-on filter and to clean the screen. Al also said that thia could be done by searching underneath for three bolts in a triangular pattern around a couple inches apart. With the fluid drained, undo the bolts and pull out the screen, noting how it went in. Clean and replace.
I looked for thesethree bolts in a triangular pattern and could not locate them. However, there are five bolts in "dice" pattern with the center bolt being a little larger than the other 4???? Would this be what I am looking for?
