Plenty of power. Although 19 horse at the PTO doesn't sound like much, that's a diesel, and the thing has 9 forward speeds.
The Powershift is bulletproof. The meter is for maintenance, not total hours.
It's an export model, manuals and parts avail.
Check the front drive works: put it in four (left floor lever forward), try it uphill on gravel, and see that one of the fronts spins. Check the PTO works (left side lever down, observe behind). Swing up the brake-pedal joining bar, drive, push each pedal separately and check that one rear wheel locks. See that it runs in all gears forward and back without strange noises.
