Rob, a service manual would have a trouble-shooting list as well as injector service. You might have to settle for one for the export model with the most similar engine. Or try Murray Publishing, but I haven't seen theirs.
As a longshot meanwhile, you could try it after removing the muffler assembly (four bolts) in case there's a clog there. When replacing, you have the option of aiming it forward instead of up.
