the part that houses the govnor and throttle. the part broke at the top of the unit one of the pins but i was told not much luck when it came to that pin replacement. i am operated the engine around 1000 rpms for it is stuck there. i saw a print of the broken pin in one of your earlier post when i asked about the same problem
