MY YM 1500 Runs around 180 to 200 under heavy work. One time the temp light came on when I was tilling damp heavy clay soil. Temp was about 245.
I cleaned the out side of the radiator with water. Sprayed with water from the front and from the back. The radiator was real dusty. After the cleaning it now runs at 180 to 200 under heavy work. Clean the out side of your radiator often and you want have over heating problems.
