Not aware of manuals for that model, and didn't know a basic one in English existed. You might ask a dealer about a manual for a close equivalent export model (if there is one), or Google "Murray Manuals + Yanmar" and order one for a similar grey-market one.
Don't understand your description of the reverse problem.
May need a wheel seal.
The internal mesh hydraulic screen should be cleaned and the fluid replaced every 3-500 hrs, but that's not necessarily causing the reversing problem.
