I stand corrected, 75-79, were the years of production. Thank You Gentleman. I wondered
about the american equal, due to the way the
John Deere Dealer treated me and my tractor.
I asked them to please not test drive it on
the pavement, to which they did in four wheel
drive, tearing up my tires. They charged me 373
dollars, to change the rubberseal, on the front
four wheel drive knuckles, on the left it'd be the one, sitting under where the steering arm
attaches to knuckle and on the right, it'd be the
one under the bolt and washer. I had six dollars
in parts, 325 in labor and the rest were lubricant fees add/dispose for a total of 373
dollars ? I wanted to find the equal of the grey market and call other john deere dealers
and see what kind of deal they'd give me, I think
I boo boo'd bringing a grey market to a john deere dealer, kinda like bringing your ford to a chevy dealer, they'll abuse it and you both.
