The spin-on filter is under the left floorboard, there is no aftermarket equivalent,but there are a lot of filters that (will fit)and the OEM filter is not cheap. The internal filter is on the right side of the transmission, near the front and near the bottom. There are 3 small screws in a triangle that hold the cover on. Remove the screws and cover, then pull the screen out for cleaning.
