1. Hyd/trans fluid (not hyd oil). Sold by dealers, WalMart, indust fuel suppliers. 2. Yes. 4. I would. The hyd fluid, internal screen-filter and external spin-on filter tend to get forgot about beyond the recommended 500 hrs. Certainly engine oil. I'd properly flush the cooling system and get a new rad cap. The hard job is finding the rad drain.
Find a dealer who ships (like Len) and order (a) a Service Manual, (b) filters to change now and over the next 500 hrs of use, (c) and maybe a few parts that eventually fail, are not costly, and are worthwhile to have on hand, like rad cap and fan belt.

Car engine oil will last 50 hrs, diesel-rated oil 100 hrs. Viscosity depends on conditions but the old faithful is 15/40. Manual says to change filter every other change, but I do it every change.
It prefers the old fuel, but you can't get it in North America so I add diesel-fuel lubricant. Like vitamin pills, not sure it's necessary but makes me feel better. Haven't used injector cleaner because I've never thought about it. Don't know.
A couple secs power-shift delay is normal, esp when cold. But you will find checks and adjustments in the manual.
An Operators Manual, 1/4" thick, came with the tractor. You want the Service Manual, some 2" thick ringbound and in the $40-80 range. There's a similar Parts Manual.
Do a thorough grease job. Maybe get a box of assorted 6mm zerks to replace bad ones.
