Attaching a weight on the blade would be almost as good as power-down. You're better off getting one with the loader already on and you needn't worry about it breaking.
Ag tread would suit you, and 4WD would be essential. You might want a locking front diff, and a power-down rear, which would take you out of Yanmar.
