You have to kind of go with what's available, but I would get at least 24 hp, (20 pto hp), 4WD and powershift, such as YM2210D, YM2420D or larger. Most Yanmars are fairly lightweight, so you run a risk of breaking it in half with both a loader and backhoe without some extra frame bracing
