You can tell it's a "grey" by the model number as well as the extra PTO speeds and other things, but there's lots of happy owners of greys around. There's no way of telling if it's a bone-yard resurrection, but I doubt greys leave Japan with as few hours as this one would have to have had.
Price is "high ball-park." Suitability depends on intended use.
For instance, a loader is useful and costly but on a 2WD invites traction problems. OK if you'll use it on solid level ground with nothing too heavy in the bucket, and no real excavating. When you test it, see if you can load the bucket, then try backing up an incline.
