The list on this when new (early 80s) was USD6500, and he's now asking USD4000. But the big questions are the condition and the after-sale dealer support.
Attachments (which are what do the work, not the tractor) go on and off all tractors easily, but the loader (which it would take) is the exception. That requires careful selection and professional installation so it's safer getting a tractor with a loader on.
It's an export model, which is good, but suitability depends on what you plan to use it for.
