As far as width of the front wheels, they can be reversed widening them a few inches. For the mower, i have a 5 foot (heavy duty) brush mower and my 2500 pulls it great. The only problem is weight . I had to add front weight to the tractor to maintain a stable steering on hills. The price seems good if the tractor is in good condition. It will last you lots of years with proper care.
