I wouldn't maybe go quite as far as "a good deal" but that price is quite right and fair.
Ignore the hours (you can never tell on a "grey") and the "looks" (most of these have been repainted).
Advice: 1. Focus on whether everything that is supposed to work does work at the moment. 2. Make the realistic assumption that some day something will fall off, snap, fail, leak, or just not work. It's not a car that you can have towed to the nearest garage. So what will you do? And will that make a difference in what you will buy?
3. If you're going to buy it, first learn how to maintain and service it and where you will get replaceables like filters. By the same token, try to get its recent service history. For instance, the hydraulics should be serviced every 500 hours, so it would be good to know if this was done last week or never.
