You are going to have to drain the tank and start with new fresh diesel fuel. Your old fuel is bad for some reason. Drain all the lines and filter up to the injection pump, then loosen all three connections at the injectors. After filling with new fuel, bleed the system to the pump, give it full throttle and pull out decompression handle, then crank over for at least 30 seconds to push the new fuel up to injectors. Then tighten the injector connections and it should start.
