Recently my gears 2 and 3 on the powershifter stopped working on my Yanmar 336D. Creep thru 3 on the floor all work great. Its just a problem when I try to shift past first on the dash. It didn't make any noises or anything prior...and reverse, neutral, and 1st still work fine. Anybody have any experience with a similar problem? I hate to take it to a dealer and get charged a fortune, and while I have the manuals and everything, I don't really have a place to work on it so I'm looking for a starting point and hoping its something sort of simple given the lack of other symptoms.
Also, does anyone know where I could buy a hood for the same tractor? The current one is rusting pretty bad in a few places, and if I could find a deal I'd probably just replace it as the rest of the body is in pretty good shape.
Thanks!
