If it's a double acting cylinder you want a double spool, no filter needed, and the control should be rated for 2000+ psi.
Whatever you add to a tractor should be matched with what's already there, so it might be worthwhile to hire a hydraulics guy to check your plans. That size cylinder will be a bit slow, but a lot faster than unloading by hand.
