yanmar 2010 3 pt hitch wont go down

I have a Yanmar 2010D that the 3 pt hitch is stuck in the up position. I lifted my box blade and now its stuck in the air! I tried adjusting the 2 knobs under the seat and that has no effect on it what so ever. I even tried applying weight to it and still nothing.
