If you're going to put hydraulic capability in the TPH, I suggest you look at the posting from a few weeks ago about "The Chief." It not only gives you the hdraulic ram; it also has a rear facing loader bucket with TPH brackets. A front and rear loader on the same tractor might be a bit of overkill, but it gives you all the capabilities you are looking for.
