Don't know the exact plumbing on those, but what you want to do is common and some new tractors come with a rear quick-connect tap. You need fluid out from a proper location (a connection block is usually better than adding a T), through a controller, to the implement, and to the reservoir.
Any tractor or hydraulics shop could do it for you. If you do it, protect yourself from a high-pressure leak, keep the connections clean, and add fluid.
