I just replaced the left rear final drive ~5 months ago and now the front axle is acting up. It just started locking up oneday while handling dirt with FEL. I hear there are unlubricated bearings in the top spindle that rust and fall into the gear mesh. Anyone know anything pertaining to this anomaly? I don't mind working on and maintenancing the tractor so long as it doesn't interfere with projects as this obviously does.
Anyone else have this happen?
5 Feb....Tonight my FEL lift arm valve started sticking (bad) and almost dumped a load of gravel in my lap. It will hang in the raise position unless I manually pull it back to neutral. Will have to dissamble this and right front axle (still sticking too) over the over the weekend. Give me a break!!
