Yep, battery is fully charged, but not charging. At high idle should read 13.5-14.5 volts at the battery. It's usually a bad regulator. They seem to only have about a 30 year life span. You can unplug the regulator and test the alt. output. Should be about 22-30 volts ac or dc, depending on whether it is rectified in the alt. or regulator. If good output, replace reg, if not repl alt and reg.
