None came from the factory with PS. With a loaded bucket (FELs are rare in Japan) steering is a bit hard so Yanmar offered an add-on (hyd. cylinder under the oil filter) not as well engineered as the rest.

If a one-owner with Owners Manual, properly maintained, everything working, anything under 10k would be fair for someone who wants a compact loader/hoe.

With all those hoses external leaks will happen and are easy to fix, but check for internal leaks by raising both half-way, shutting
down, and seeing if they stay up for a half-hour or so. Have him put it in 4 and show that at least one front pulls. Hope the hoe has quick-detach hyd connections, because unless you remove it you can't use the tractor for much else (the FEL you'll keep on). If it has ag tires you may not want to mow lawns with it.
