I have fully bled the system today, and the tractor still will not start. Now if i spray some fuel into the intake, it starts but wants to go to red line on the tack, and not slow down. The only way i can turn it off, is by holding my hand over the intake and starving it of any air. I have learned to do this and regulate the amoun of air into the system so i can keep it going for a few minutes before my hand gets to tired. Obviously there is fuel getting into the system while this is happening. now it seems like the governor is not working at all, and there is just to much fuel in the system. is there an adjustmet for the govenor, or is there some sort of linkage that would have come disconnected.
I am a jet aircraft mech, so i understand the principles of how these things work. However, this one has me at a total loss. Somewhere there is a dissconnect, and i am not getting it.
Thank you again,
