I have a four-window panel on the dash of my YM1810. The two on the right are: Oil is the upper (it has an oil drop symbol) and Elictrical (alternator) below (it has a lightening bolt symbol). The upper left appears to be the Engine Coolant (it has a radiator symbol) and below must be an indicator of the oil level in the Gear/PTO Case (it has the exact same symbol as the upper left). Am I correct here?
Sometimes if I go over a substantial root or rock, the lower left will flash on and then immediately go off. Does this mean that the movement of the tractor has caused the gearcase oil to move and expose the sensor to a no-oil condition? I know I have the level of oil in the gear case proper. Is the flash indicating anything serious? Is the sensor located inside the gear case?
