I say from personal experience: any tractor can tip! It's mainly driving technique, but you lower the center of gravity by keeping the FEL (if fitted) as low as possible, and using a belly-mount mower. Secondarily, put fluid in the bottom half of the rears, keep any rear attachment low, and mount any weights low.
