I agree, Al. It would seem, however, that if the capacity is exceeded and the harrows are lowered as a result, that the harrows would raise again immediately after the capacity problem goes away. This has not been the case lately. If I look back and find the harrows on the ground, I have to stop and increase the RPMs to get them up and then lock the system before going on. I think Norm is correct and there is an obstruction or valve problem in the system that has to be corrected.
