All of a tractor's work is done by a small tire footprint, so here's another detail. Some tractors made for the Japanese market use narrow tires that sink through the paddy mud and grab the ground. You might prefer a wider tire/rim (which would also increase stability). The dealer might make a switch for you. (Wouldn't apply to you, but those who push snow like those narrow tires for the same reason.)
