I would start the tractor moving in a low gear (going
uphill would be best) then hold the clutch petal in as you keep moving. This will disengage the pressure plate and all that will be keeping the clutch engaged will be the forces binding it to the flywheel. The more load the tractor is pulling against the better. This should cause the clutch to "slip" ie become unstuck.
