I have been having problems starting my yanmar 2000 for awhile now. Temporarily fixed the sedament bowl air problem. Things got better but only after shutting down for short term. Pulled the cover for the governor and it appears to be sticking. Will this cause problems at startup. Will adjusting the governor fix the problem.
