I'm about to buy a house on 10 acres and would like to get a compact tractor to mow with and do some very light grading work, move gravel around etc.

I found a Yanmar 2310 diesel with front loader, auger, and 5 foot brush hog. It has about 2700 hours on it. I'd say it's in average condition. The owner wants me to make an offer. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I live in the Kansas City area.
