I have a Cockshutt 1355 which I believe is very similar. Last winter I didn't use it much so in the Spring the same problem as you're having came about. The arms on the rear lift wouldn't lift. I checked the transmission fluid level and it was way down so I added 4 plus quarts but it still didn't work so I took it to the local repair shop which was a 8 mile trip on the tractor and lo and behold when I arrived the lift worked and has continued to work. I think the long drive worked out the air in the system and helped a pressure control to unstick. Good clean trans fluid and no air likely cured the thing. Good luck.
