I am trying to assist someone with a Oliver 1265. The complaint poor performance under load. When attempting to bleed the system there appears to be very low volume of fuel bleeding from lower bleed valve and I am unable to bleed upper valve. I am wondering if tractor has weak or bad fuel pump. What should be the volume output of the fuel pump?
