Was looking at buying a white 2-150 tractor, the owner has passed on and the tractor has been sitting out side for years. Starts fine, but there is no hydraulics, steering, breaks, or pto. The son said the hydraulic pump was replaced and only worked for about a week, so they gave up on it. Any Ideas of where to start and if there is a internal pump on this unit. thx Randy
