Steve, I think your tractor serial # is 134729 and built in 1963. That year the 770's started with #127319 and 1964 started with #141901. The 721 refers to some options, like as gearing and such.
Some major castings like the tranny, rear end and engine block (if it hasn't been replaced) will have a casting date that should confirm 1963. Example- xx-xx-63
