Here are a few things to try,
-check fuel lines to pump for holes or rub marks, sometimes a hole will let air in but not leak fuel
-make sure fuel line is not pinched when all covers are on. I have seen when a cab was lifted everything was ok but when you set the cab down a cable would pinch the fuel line and it would shut the engine down after about 10 min.
-fuel filters
-make sure return line is not plugged this will also shut the engine down.
hope this helps Mike
