We still have a 4-150 around after about 20 years, the engine finally gave up. Was going to rebuild it but after using the 4-175 we bought right before the 4-150 chucked the motor and after using the 4-210 we bought last year am going to save the money that would go into engine and get another 4-210.

If you are looking to use the 4-150 your looking at for light work or getting across some wet muck or even as a backup tractor then you will probaly be alright but I wouldn't buy it as a main tractor unless it isn't going to see very many acres.

The pivots were build in such a way that the holes start to get a little egg shaped then unless the housings are replaced very little can be done with them.

The 4-175's and up have a completely differant pivot setup with much heavier parts and use tapered bushing like a taper lock pulley uses to lock the pins in the holes. Also have a somewhat redesigned cab with gearshift, throttle, and over/under levers at your right hand instead of in instrument panel.

If you have any other questions e-mail me or call at 574-656-3290.
