take off the small housing from the rest of the hydraulic unit,that is just the part the seat bracket bolts to. when you have it off turn it over on workbench,you will see either four or two things that look like the head of a bolt. these are thermal relief valves.take these out and replace them.this is assuming that you are using your internal remote levers for loader control.if you have an external valve to operate loader it could be the valve itself or bad cylinders
