When does a tractor or other antique implements cease to be antique, and become junk? My friend has old rusted stuff on his ranch he wants to get rid of, and I can't tell him if it's collectible, or he needs to take it to the salvage yard.
One is a steel wheeled tractor, the other a row binder circa early 1900s - horse drawn.
I can email pics so you could tell me if it's useful or scrap metal.
