Take a jumper cable from battery POS or +,to terminal on starter if still no crank,problem is in starter,also check NEG or - cable at battery & where it bolts to tractor frame or eng block,that same is free of crossion & rust & tight at both points,also if cable bolts to frame,check that eng mounting bolts and starter mounting bolts tight.
