I was surprised to go into a search for the Adams Leaning Wheel and my story was top on the list of links. I have an old Sales Manual that even teaches you how to make a road. I picked it up on E-bay just because it had my # 7 grader in it.
My grader was green as is evident by splotches of the color all over the rig. The Stenciling was yellow. I've been in touch with a gentleman in Arizona who has restored his and he used a rustolium paint. I'd have to do some research to see if he gave me the color number.
I'm quite busy at this time but I'll make a note to get you some information on the number 8. You can send me your email address at Legendheir@aol.com. If we work together with other Adams owners, we'll all benefit. I'd bet there is enough interest out there to start a site just for people interested in Adams Graders.
