Although I have restored 15 old farm tractors, I know nothing about old farm wagons. A friend has an old wagon on what was once her grandfather and fathers farm. She asked me if I had any idea of the value of an old wagon, still on the property, with which her grandfather used to haul cotton and other farm items. Since I am "old wagon ignorant" I am seeking advice from someone who is more knowledgeable than I. I have seen the wagon. From a picture on the internet, it appears to be a David Brady Wagon listed in a 1902 Sears Catalogue. I think a restoration would require all of the wood to be replaced. The wood is still intact and measureable. The wheels and axle frame are steel as well as the wood hardware. The wagon has set outside in the weather for many years. I would appreciate if anyone out there could advise me or direct me to a source for the range of value of this wagon in the present condition.
