I HAVE A RESTORED 9N FORD LIKE NEW. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE LIFT. IT WILL RAISE OK BUT HANGS UP AT THE TOP. I AM GOING TO OVERHAUL BOTH PUMP AND TOP INCLUDING A JUBILEE LIFT PISTON. WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR THATS CAUSING THE HANG UP OF THE CURRENT PISTON. ITS NOT VALVES.
