I would imagine that most any farm equipment dealer close to you can set you up with a new or possibly used frame. They are not that expensive (I've seen nice used frames rooling on decent used tires sell for around $500). A fully decked wagon with wood or metal sides will cost some $$$ because of the labor and materials in it. Other than that, keep your eyes open for listings in your local newspaper for farm sales, and auctions.
