Starting fluid may also be helpfull(I have John Deeres and this is always needed). They also make an oil pan heater Magnet that sticks on the bottom of the oil pan if it's metal. Make sure your batteries are in good shape eg(connections clean and tight, fluid levels right, and make sure the battery itself is good). On my John Deere, I plug in the block heater, and if it's really cold, I stick a magnet heater on the bottom of the Hydraulic/transmision oil pot!
