The 340 Utility that came after the 330 is very similar. A 330-340 used basically the rear end/transmission of the 300-350 models and the block design similar to the 240 as near as I can tell though it had more power due to boring and stroking, the 340 maybe had a couple more HP than 330. Farmall 300-350 rear end also similar. Should have decient power for mowing, we had a 340 and it could pull a 3 bottom plow easily. What is it worth, a 1958 model is based on condition, maybe $2000-3000 or so, just a quess.
