I recently purchased a jubilee and all was fine. Now the hydraulics will not work. Recently, while pulling a wagon the hydraulics raised. I was able to control them while lowering, but when I tried to raise them, nothing. My father, playing around with them got them to raise a little, but he said they shook. Nothing lately. Is it the pump? Is there a filter in this hydraulic system??
