b is right: various tractor sources say the Cockshutt 20 was also sold as the Farmcrest 20, also called Gamble's Farmcrest 20 (I understand Gamble was a farm supply retail chain, Gamble-Skogmo Stores, per my notes from some tractor book) and also sold as the (Cockshutt) Co-op 20, probably the Co-op E2 to be more accurate. (When Cockshutt wanted to break into the US market with their own tractors, they signed a deal with var midwest US farm coopt'vs , which were having trouble selling their own prewar CO-OP tractor, to sell the more modern Cockshutts in the US as repainted and rebadged "Co-ops".
Black Hawk is apparently spelled as two words, per a pic I saw in the last couple of days (where??); I don't know why it was named separately, but the Cockshutt site people will fill you in.
